Samsung Electronics was willing to end patent dispute against Apple in Australia
Samsung Electronics Patent Rights
Samsung Electronic was willing to end a patent dispute between Samsung Electronics against Apple in Australia it has been for months.
The battle of International Patent Rights between Samsung Electronics and Apple in Australia, America, Europe and Asia that have been blocked for months resulted in a number of restrictions on the sale of Samsung phones and tablets.
According to Bloomberg, however, Samsung Electronics will be willing to end the dispute. Samsung has a suggestion to Apple to end their dispute.
For that purpose, Samsung Electronic has prepared a proposal that would end a patent lawsuit between them in Australia. It’s about touch screen technology, said Sydney Court.
But Samsung’s lawyer did not explain the proposal, and the Apple lawyers also need more time to consider it.
Samsung Electronics agreed in August to stop selling the Galaxy Tab 10.1 until the patent dispute had solved by either settlement or under a court order.
